You have eaten plenty of main dishes, mostly red meat, throughout the year. Stuffed stuffed meatballs, meatballs, pastries, kebabs... You've had your fill of all kinds of red meat. Red meats are very suitable for our taste, admittedly. But we also have white meats that cost less and are just as satisfying in terms of filling. For example; ground chicken.
We said it was time to consume white meat and vegetables, and we tried dalyan meatballs, which we have always prepared with red meat until now, with chicken mince. We had a very light and elegant meatball filled with colorful vegetables. Garlic and tomato sauce also went very well.

How to Make Chicken Dalyan Meatballs Recipe?
- Grate the onion and squeeze out its juice.
- Crush the garlic and mix all the meatball ingredients and knead well. Leave it to rest in the refrigerator until you prepare your filling.
- For internal mortar; Chop the carrots and potatoes into cubes. Boil all the ingredients and drain the water.
- Spread your rested meatball mixture in a rectangular shape on lightly oiled baking paper.
- Place your stuffing in the middle of your meatball filling.
- Wrap your meatball mixture in the form of a roll with baking paper. Roll your meatballs on paper so that the joint is at the bottom and place them in the baking dish or cake mold.
- Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes.
- For the sauce; Grate the tomato and fry it with olive oil. Crush or chop the garlic into small pieces and add it to the tomatoes. After the tomatoes and garlic are cooked, add water and salt and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- After slicing your rolled meatballs, enjoy them by pouring tomato sauce on them.
