  • 1 kilogram of chicken cutlets

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

  • Clean the skin parts of the chicken cutlet. Peel the onion and garlic. Chop the potatoes and carrots too.
  • Take oil in a large pot. Place the chickens in hot oil. Bake gently, both front and back, for 5 minutes. Then close the lid of the pot and cook like this for another 6-7 minutes.
