- 6 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- 3 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 heaping teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary (optional)
How to Make Chicken Doner Recipe at Home?
- First, we mix the tomato paste, yoghurt, oil, garlic and spices in a bowl. Then we add the chicken legs to our mixture and mix them so that the sauce gets all over the legs.
- Then, we cover the counter with stretch film and wax paper on top of it. We arrange the marinated drumsticks on wax paper, roll them up and wrap them tightly. We keep it in the freezer.
- After taking it out of the freezer, let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes so that we can slice it more easily.
