- 700 grams of chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 3 green peppers
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- 2 large sized garden eggplants
- 300 milliliters of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tea glass of cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make Chicken Hünkar Beğendi Recipe?
- Fry the onions and peppers in olive oil. Add the tomato paste and continue frying. Add the chicken you cut into cubes. Pour a tea glass of hot water, add salt and pepper and let it cook on low heat.
- Roast the eggplants and chop them finely.
