Ingredients for Chicken Kievski Recipe

For Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts ( 2 whole, i.e. 4 pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 sprigs of fresh tarragon (finely chopped)
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 egg _
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1/2 cup frying oil

How to Make Chicken Kievski Recipe?

  • Bring the butter to room temperature.
  • Finely chop the parsley and tarragon. Crush the garlic.
  • Mix well the butter, herbs, garlic, black pepper and half the salt.
  • Make pockets in the chicken breasts using a sharp knife.
  • Put a generous amount of the butter mixture into the pockets you opened and reattach the chicken breasts with the help of toothpicks.
  • Start heating the frying oil.
  • Spread the flour on a plate and mix it with the rest of the salt. Beat the egg in a deep plate and spread the bread crumbs in another plate.
  • Coat the chicken first in flour, then in egg, and finally in plenty of bread crumbs.
  • Throw the chicken into the hot oil. Fry on both sides until dark golden brown.
