For Chicken Lasagna Recipe:

  • 3 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1/2 package of lasagna
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the Chicken Lasagna Recipe Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 3.5 cups of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch grated nutmeg
  • 1 tea glass of grated cheddar cheese (for topping)

How to Make Chicken Lasagna Recipe?

  • Cut the chicken into cubes and fry.
  • Add the garlic and peppers to the chicken and continue roasting. Add the spices and turn off the heat.
  • Roast the oil and flour in a sauce pan. Add milk little by little.
  • When the sauce reaches boza consistency, turn off the heat and add the spices.
  • Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce on your baking tray. Arrange the lasagnas and add béchamel sauce and chicken on top.
  • Repeat the same process until your container is full.
  • Finally, add grated cheddar cheese and put it in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees until the cheddar cheese melts.
