Ingredients for Chicken Legs with Sauce Recipe
  • 4 chicken legs
  • 30 grams of cheddar cheese

For the marinade:

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves grated garlic
  • 2 teaspoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 3/4 tea glass soy sauce

For the eggplant bed:

  • 2 large eggplants
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1.5 teaspoons of butter
  • 100 ml. milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Chicken Leg Recipe with Sauce?

  • Grate the ginger and garlic and add them to a bowl. Then add hot sauce, soy sauce, barbecue and honey and mix well.
  • Wash the chicken legs and dip them in the sauce. Close your mouth and wait.
  • Wash the eggplants. Make 1.2 scratches with the help of a knife. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until it softens.
  • Take the cooked eggplants out of the oven, cut them lengthwise and place the eggplant inside on a plate. Strain the water. Add 1-2 drops of lemon into it, break it into small pieces and crush it.
  • Add the butter to the pot. Add the finely chopped garlic and fry for about 1 minute. Then chop the green pepper into small pieces and throw it into the pot.
  • After sautéing for a while, add the eggplants and stir constantly. Add salt and pepper and cook for about 4-5 more minutes.
  • Lastly, add the milk and mix for another 1-2 minutes, then turn off the stove.
  • Place the marinated chicken thighs in my baking tray and pour the remaining sauce over them, reserving 1 spoon. Cover it and put it in the oven.
  • Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken when it is almost cooked, add grated cheddar cheese on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Take your cooked chicken and serve it with eggplant.
