- 1/2 kilogram of chicken liver
- 1/2 tea glass of oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 onion (chopped )
- 1/2 bunch of parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
How to Make Chicken Liver Recipe?
- Let's separate the fatty parts of the liver, wash them well and chop them the way we want, without making them too small.
- Let's put the livers in the pot and cook them without adding water until they release their own juices. When it absorbs the water, add the oil and fry for a few minutes.
- Let's add spices and salt to the livers that start to fry. Sprinkle the flour over the livers and continue roasting for a few more minutes until the smell disappears.
- In a separate bowl, let's kill the onions and parsley by rubbing them with our hands, then add them to the liver and mix. Let's serve it hot.
