Ingredients for Chicken Liver Saute Recipe
  • 1/2 kilogram chicken liver (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 tea glass of oil
  • 1 onion (medium size )
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3-4 leaves of fresh basil (or basil) (optional)

How to Make Chicken Liver Saute Recipe?

  • Clean the membrane of the lungs, separate the fat, cut them into large pieces and set them aside.
  • Add the oil to the pan and after it gets hot, add the chopped onions and start frying.
  • When the onions become transparent and soft, add the livers and fry over medium-high heat until they release their juices. Then add the butter, mix again and continue roasting.
  • After the outer parts of the liver are cooked well, first add salt and spices. Then add the flour, mix and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  • After removing it from the stove, mix 1 finely chopped basil leaf with the livers and add 2 more leaves when serving.
