Chinese noodles, also known as noodles, have become a very familiar dish that we can easily find in markets and eat in many restaurants. Has Chinese noodles, which are easily accessible and prepared, made us forget our own beautiful egg noodles?
Although our traditional noodles have become available in supermarkets, there is nothing like the one made at home with plenty of eggs. Of course, we will not encourage you to make noodles at home, but if you have the chance, we recommend that you buy them from places that make village products.
Chicken noodles is a recipe that combines modern and traditional, using noodles just like noodles, making it more satisfying with vegetables and chicken.
- 1 chicken tenderloin
- 1 cup noodles
- 3 sprigs of spring onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 2 green peppers
- 2 tablespoons of corn
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt (can be reduced or increased)
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
How to Make Chicken Noodle Recipe?
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the noodles and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1 glass of hot water and salt and cook like rice.
- Chop the spring onions, chop the garlic finely, and cut the peppers into cubes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. First, sauté the peppers, add the garlic after 2 minutes, and the spring onions a minute later.
- Let them be sautéed just long enough to soften without dying too much. Just before removing it from the stove, add the corn and remove it from the stove, empty the pan.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Put the remaining oil in the pan and heat it. Add the chicken pieces and saute over high heat until the pinkness disappears.
- Add the cooked noodles and the previously sautéed vegetables onto the chicken.
- Add salt and pepper and sauté quickly for 2 minutes.
