Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Recipe
  • 1/3 pack of noodles
  • 1 chicken thigh
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame
  • 1/2 zucchini _
  • 1/2 capia pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 carrot _
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

How to Make Chicken Noodle Recipe?

  • Boil the noodles in salted, boiling water for 5 minutes and drain.
  • Cut the chicken, peppers, zucchini and carrots into thin strips and set aside.
  • Place a large wok on the stove and turn the heat to high. Add oil and chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken begins to color.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and keep it aside. First, put the garlic, ginger and sesame seeds in a hot pan and fry them.
  • Then add all the vegetables and saute over high heat. Before the vegetables lose their firmness, add the boiled noodles and chicken to the pan and continue sautéing over high heat.
  • Finally, add lemon juice, sesame oil and soy sauce to the pan and cook for 1 more minute until all the ingredients are combined and remove from the stove. Put your noodles in the bowl and serve with chopped spring onions. Enjoy your meal.
