Ingredients for Chicken and Peas Recipe
  • 2 cups boiled peas
  • 2 potatoes _
  • 1 onion _
  • 500 grams boneless chicken thighs (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make Chicken Pea Dish Recipe?

  • Finely chop the onion and add it to the oil in a pan.
  • Fry until the onions turn pink.
  • Add the chicken meat that you have scraped from its bones and cut into cubes, into the pot. Put the bones you have separated into another pot, add enough water to cover them and let them boil.
