Chicken Pita Ravioli Recipe
One of the most beautiful blessings of the holy month of Ramadan is, of course, Ramadan pita. It is almost impossible to resist the deliciously baked, pomegranate-fried Ramadan pitas that spread from bakeries to all streets around iftar time. That's why we sometimes buy more pita than we need. Outside of Ramadan, sometimes we may have leftover bread at home. Now, how about trying a delicious way to use up the stale pitas and bread left over for the next day? Here is our chicken pita ravioli recipe, so satisfying and delicious that you won't be able to get enough of it!
You lightly fry stale pitas, shred boiled chicken on top, and top with garlic yoghurt. It tastes so wonderful that you can eat it all by yourself. Good luck, enjoy your meal, honey and sugar.
- 1/2 pita bread
- 2 boiled chickens
- 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
For the above:
- 1 bowl of yoghurt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
How to Make Chicken Pita Ravioli Recipe?
- Slice the pita into small pieces and place them on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes until the top of the pitas is lightly browned.
- Place the chickens in a pot, add enough water to cover them, then turn on the stove and cook until the chicken meat becomes soft, about 20 minutes.
- After the chicken is cooked, remove it from the water and shred it into a bowl.
- Place the fried pitas on a serving plate and soak the pitas well with the chicken broth. Then place your shredded chicken meat on top and sprinkle boiled chickpeas.
- Grate the garlic over the yoghurt and pour the garlic yoghurt you prepared over the chicken.
- Melt the butter in a pan and lightly fry the red pepper.
- Drizzle red pepper oil over the chicken pita manti, sprinkle mint on top and serve hot. Bon appetit.
