How to Make Chicken Potato Balls with Curry Sauce Recipe?

  • Boil the potatoes in a pot. After boiling, drain the water, season it with butter and salt and puree it. Divide into equal parts according to the number of people and roll them into balls.
  • Heat the pan in which you will cook the chicken, add oil and cook the chicken until it releases its water.
  • Add the onions to the chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then add the capia pepper and fry it. Add the mushrooms and wait for them to release their water. Stir occasionally.
  • Add salt, black pepper and red pepper, mix and finally add water and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add oil. Add flour and curry and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the milk slowly and stir constantly. After it starts to boil and thicken, reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes, then remove it from the stove. If it thickens too much while waiting, dilute it with water or milk.
  • Set the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Spread the cooked chicken and vegetables into my baking tray. Arrange the potato balls you prepared on top, leaving space between them. Pour an equal amount of curry sauce over each potato ball. Finally, add grated mozzarella on them and bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
