  • 1 pack of chicken breast
  • 1 onion

  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Chicken Recipe with Bechamel Sauce and Vegetables?

  • Sauté the chicken you cut into cubes in a sauté pan filled with oil, then add the onion and garlic and continue sautéing.
  • Then add pepper, potatoes, peas and carrots and continue roasting.
  • Add the tomatoes you chopped into small pieces, add 1 glass of hot water, add your spices and cook.
  • Transfer the cooked vegetables to a heat-resistant baking dish.
