Chicken Recipe with Caramelized Onions

Thinned chicken breasts that you simply marinate with known spices, and caramelized onions on the other side. If they come together, a tower of flavor emerges that can be enjoyed with pleasure.
- 2 fillets chicken breast (thinned)
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon of mint
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 medium sized onions
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 clove of garlic
How to Make Chicken Recipe with Caramelized Onions?
- Place the thinned fillet chicken breasts in a bowl and add the milk. Add all the spices except salt, wrap it in stretch film and keep it in the refrigerator.
- Chop the peeled onions into half-moon shapes.
- Add olive oil to the pan and add onions to the heated oil. Grate the garlic and add it to the onions.
- Add salt and sugar cubes and sauté the onions until caramelized.
- When the sautéing process is completed, take the chicken out of the refrigerator. Without adding oil, cook in a separate pan, upside down, until golden brown.
- Place a piece of chicken breast on a plate and spread caramelized onions in between. After adding the remaining chicken and the remaining onions, serve without waiting.
