  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 bowl of peas
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

For the above:

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 tea glass of water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Slice the potatoes and place them on a lightly greased baking tray.
