  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper

How to Make Chicken Rice Recipe?

  • Wash the rice thoroughly and continue to soak it in warm water until you cook your rice. Put the chicken in a pot, add enough water to cover it, and cook until it is thoroughly boiled. Then shred it after it has cooled slightly.
  • Melt the butter in a rice pot, add the rice and fry for a few minutes.
