  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion _
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Juice and peel of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 chicken breast ( shredded)
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley

How to Make Chicken Rice Soup Recipe?

  • Fry the diced onion in olive oil.
  • Add chicken broth and rice and let it boil.
  • Mix yoghurt, flour, egg yolk and lemon juice well in a bowl.
  • Add a ladle of soup to the dressing mixture you prepared, stir and let it cool. Then add the seasoning to the soup, stirring slowly.
  • Add shredded chicken breast to the soup and stir. Then add salt, black pepper, lemon peel and chopped parsley to the soup. After boiling for a while, serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
