Ingredients for Roast Chicken Recipe
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast (1200 grams)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons of curry
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For the above:

  • 2 cups cornflakes
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

How to Make Chicken Roast Recipe?

  • Wash the chicken breasts, put them in the food processor and pulse until they become minced meat.
  • Then add the yolks of 2 eggs, olive oil, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper and curry and pulse again in the processor until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Take the mixture you prepared into a deep bowl.
  • Add the peas and the yellow and red peppers you cut into cubes and mix well, so that all the ingredients are evenly spread over the chicken mixture.
