Ingredients for Roast Chicken Recipe
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 2 cups cornflakes (crushed)
  • 1 handful of parsley leaves (finely chopped)

How to Make Chicken Roast Recipe?

  • Grind the chicken breasts you cut into pieces in a food processor until they reach the consistency of minced meat.
  • Add egg yolks, olive oil, salt, black pepper and breadcrumbs to the food processor bowl and process until well combined with the chicken.
  • Put the chicken mixture into a large bowl and add the diced red pepper, yellow pepper and peas. Mix the ingredients with a spatula until they are combined.
  • Place the roast mixture you have prepared on a wax paper on the counter and roll it into a baton shape.
  • Mix the crushed corn flakes with parsley and cover all parts of the roast chicken mixture with it.
  • Place it on a tray with baking paper and bake it in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 45 minutes. Your roast chicken is ready, enjoy!
