Caesar salad, grilled chicken salad, thyme chicken salads and many more... They have become tastes that we encounter in almost every menu and are very familiar to our eyes and palate. We thought that chicken salads, which we eat especially when we want to eat light, could be a little less boring with the sauce we put on them, and we rolled up our sleeves.

We rested the gently boiled chickens and cut them into cubes. We added corn on it. We made the final touches with garlic and mayonnaise. We also added our own difference with walnuts and green apples. Don't be jealous of the classic chicken salad, but it was delicious.

Especially if you use homemade mayonnaise, we say it will be delicious.

  • 3 glasses of water
  • 450 grams of chicken breast
  • 1 small canned corn
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 10-12 walnuts _
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Chicken Salad Recipe with Mayonnaise?

  • Place the chicken in a medium-sized pot and add water. Boil the chicken for 15-20 minutes.
  • Place the boiled chickens in a bowl and let them cool. After it cools down, chop it into cubes.
  • Take 1 clove of garlic in a bowl and crush it. Drain the water from the corn and add it to the garlic. Add the shredded chicken.
  • Add mayonnaise, spices and yoghurt to this mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Grind the walnuts in a food processor, not too finely, and serve them by adding them to your chicken salad as a final touch. Enjoy your meal.
