- 500 grams boneless chicken thigh (diced)
- 1/3 tea glass of water
- 1/3 tea glass of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 peppers
- 1 onion
How to Make Chicken Shish Recipe?
- Place the tomato paste in a bowl, add milk and water and whisk to dissolve. Then add spices by adjusting them according to your taste.
- Finely chop the garlic, add it and mix. Add olive oil and mix so your marinade sauce is ready.
- Add the chicken and mix until homogeneously distributed. Cover it with stretch wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 5-6 hours.
- Before putting it on the skewers, prepare the onion and pepper by cutting them into cubes the size of the chicken.
- You can put peppers, chicken and onions on the chicken skewers.
- After preparing the skewers, grill them, preferably in a hot cast iron pan, for a total of 12-14 minutes on all 4 sides. Enjoy your meal.
