After marinating it in spicy yoghurt sauce, we bake the chicken on skewers along with the vegetables in an oven bag. The chickens stay juicy and taste like Turkish delight. - 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2.5 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 500 grams of chicken breast (chopped into large cubes)
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 2 capia peppers
- 3 green green peppers
How to Make Chicken Skewers in a Bag Recipe?
- Put the oil, tomato paste, yoghurt and spices in a large bowl. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Add the chicken breasts cut into large cubes to the spicy sauce in the bowl and mix well. Make sure the sauce covers all sides of the chicken.
- Cover the bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. This way the chicken will be marinated and the sauce will soak into it thoroughly.
- Meanwhile, cut green and capia peppers into sizes you can skewer. If you cut it 3-4 cm long, it will be suitable for medium sized skewers.
- Arrange tomatoes, chicken pieces, green peppers, more chicken pieces and capia peppers in a wooden stick bottle. Continue arranging the ingredients on the skewer in the same way as much as the skewer can accommodate.
- Place the prepared skewers in a transparent oven bag and place them on a baking tray. Tie the oven bag and pierce it in several places with a thin-tipped object.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes and serve hot. Bon appetit.
