- 750 grams boneless chicken thigh
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary

- Chop the chicken thighs into cubes.
- Add yoghurt, orange juice, olive oil and spices to a bowl and mix.

- Set the oven to 180 degrees.
