Ingredients for Chicken Soup Recipe
  • 3 chicken thighs
  • 6 cups hot water
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Chicken Soup Recipe?

  • In a deep pot, add the chicken thighs and, optionally, one carrot and potato in pieces to add flavor. Add hot water and cook for about 20 minutes so that the chicken is cooked and the chicken broth is ready. Remove vegetables from chicken broth with a fork.
  • Shred the boiled chicken into small pieces. Then puree the carrots and potatoes with a blender and combine them with the chicken.
  • Melt the butter in a separate pot and add the flour. Roast without darkening until the smell of the flour disappears.
  • Add grated carrot on top and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add boiled and shredded chicken and chicken broth. Finally add salt and pepper.
  • Cover the pot and let the soup boil for about 10 minutes.
  • The soup will be ready when it thickens.
  • Serve by sprinkling with chili pepper and adding lemon juice, if desired. Enjoy your meal.
