The mushroom that we have made soup with, sautéed, garnished salads with, and prepared pasta sauce with, is now at the center of the table. It turns into a fancy starter dish with its favorite friend, chicken. First, we sauté the ingredients that we chopped into small pieces. We add fresh, crispy spinach on top.

After breaking the egg, we remove the stems, stuff them into our mushrooms, which we gently wipe, and put them in the oven. It doesn't end there: we grate cheddar on top, fry it like a pomegranate, and eat it with pleasure...

 
Ingredients for Chicken Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 1 small size onion
  • 200 grams of chicken breast
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • 2 eggs _
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper

For the above:

  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Chicken Spinach Stuffed Mushroom Recipe?

  • Chop the onion and fry it with olive oil.
  • Chop the chicken breast into small cubes and cook it with the onions.
  • Chop the spinach and fry it briefly with the chicken and onion.
  • Add salt, black pepper and chili pepper.
  • Beat the eggs with a fork, add them to the mixture and cook for a short time.
  • Stuff the mixture into the mushrooms from which you have removed their stems.
  • Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the stuffed mushrooms and continue keeping them in the oven until they are golden brown. Once the cheeses are fried, consume them without waiting.
