Don't you like casserole? Is it even possible? Can't you dip bread into that warm water full of vitamins? We added chicken to the casserole recipe, with shallots, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes, peas and spices in place, and it turned out to be so light and delicious.
We left the cheddar cheese, which will be the final touch, to your discretion. Enjoy your meal.
- 500 grams of chicken breast
- 1 onion _
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium sized tomato
- 1 medium size pepper
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sweet red pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 glass of hot water
For the above:
- 100 grams of cheddar cheese
- 2 peppers _
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
How to Make Chicken Stew Recipe?
- Heat the oil in the pan, add the diced chicken meat and sauté.
- When the chicken starts to absorb its juices, add the onion. Then add pepper, tomato and garlic and continue sautéing.
- After adding tomato paste, salt and spices, mix.
- Add water and cook for 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Share the chicken among the casseroles.
- Add cheddar cheese, tomatoes and peppers on top. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 5-10 minutes until the cheddar melts.
