Chicken taco, a Mexican flavor with plenty of hot and spice, is a truly enjoyable snack. A mouth-watering flavor.

- 10 pre-made taco shells (or small tortillas)
- 500 grams of fillet chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
For service:
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 4 tablespoons sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 medium sized lime (green lemon)
How to Make Chicken Taco Recipe?
- To prepare the taco filling; Cut the fillet chicken breasts, removing the skin and bones, into long thin strips.
- Mix hot sauce, olive oil, coriander powder, hot red pepper powder, freshly ground black pepper and salt in a bowl. Coat the fillet chicken breasts with the mixture you prepared and marinate them for a short time.
- For use in your service; Finely chop the peeled red onion. Chop jalapeno peppers into rings. After sorting the greens you wish to use, dry them.
- Heat a thick-bottomed cast iron pan, if desired. Cook the chicken breasts marinated in olive oil mixture over high heat without adding oil.
- Divide the fried chicken breasts between taco shells, inside of which you spread a little sour cream or Greek yoghurt.
- After adding red onion and jalapeno pepper, share it with your loved ones with sliced lime.
