Ingredients for Chicken Tirit Recipe
  • 0.5 pieces of stale bread
  • 3 tomatoes _
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

For chicken:

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

For the yoghurt sauce:

  • 2 cups of yoghurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic

How to Make Chicken Tirit Recipe?

  • Chop the stale pita into cubes, put it on a baking tray and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  • Chop the chicken breast into cubes. Take 3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan and sauté the chicken until it is well cooked. After the chicken is cooked, add the butter, mix, season with spices and set aside.
