  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste

How to Make Chicken Topkapi Recipe?

  • For the chicken topkapı, put the olive oil and spices in a large bowl, mix well, and after coating the opened chicken thighs with this mixture, cover them with stretch film and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
  • Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pot, add the currants and roast the pine nuts until they change color.
  • Then add the onion you cut into cubes and continue roasting until the onions turn pink. Drain the rice, wash it with plenty of water, add it to the onions and fry for 2 minutes.
