  • 1 onion _
  • 1 cup washed rice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of currants (soaked in warm water)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1.5 cups hot water
  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1.5 cups tomato paste water

How to Make Chicken Topkapı Recipe?
