- 1 onion (large size )
- 1 potato (large size )
- 3 capia peppers
- 3 green green peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1/3 tea glass of olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
How to Make Chicken Vegetable Kebab Recipe?
- Wash all vegetables. Remove the seeds of the peppers. Chop the vegetables into cubes of equal size.
- First cut the chicken breast in half horizontally. Then chop it into cubes.
- Mix vegetables and chicken. Add all the spices.
- Mix olive oil, water and tomato paste in a bowl. When all the ingredients are combined, add them to the chicken mixture and mix.
- Spread the mixture well into a flat baking mold.
