Vegetable string, also known as ratatouille abroad, is a perfect vegetable recipe that makes the kitchen smell delicious. This time, we prepared minced chicken between thin vegetable slices and made a chicken and vegetable arrangement.
Our string recipe, which takes its name from the vegetables arranged in rows like pearls, is very easy to make. You don't even need to fry the vegetables beforehand. We put it on the pan, pour the sauce and put it in the oven, that's it! You can make the chicken vegetable stew by adding different vegetables, either on a large tray or in small molds, depending on the number of people you have.
- 250 grams of chicken breast
- 1 belt eggplant
- 1 zucchini _
- 5 tomatoes _
- 1 egg _
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
How to Make Chicken Vegetable String Recipe?
- Wash the eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes well and dry them.
- Cut the eggplant, zucchini and 2 tomatoes into thin round slices.
- Chop the chicken breast into cubes.
- Place the chopped chicken into a food processor and add the egg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Pulse the chicken in the processor until it turns into paste.
- Spread chicken paste on an eggplant slice.
- Then place the slices of zucchini and tomato on top of the chicken.
- Start placing these slices side by side in a 23 cm diameter tart mold or baking tray. Continue arranging the ingredients in the mold until you run out.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and garlic to the other two tomatoes and puree them using a blender or food processor.
- Pour the pureed tomatoes over your chicken and vegetable array, spreading them evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining salt, black pepper and thyme on top and pour the olive oil all over the knee.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45-50 minutes. Your chicken and vegetable arrangement is ready, bon appetit!
