Ingredients for Salsa Sauce and Mushroom Chicken Recipe

For Salsa Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 shallots _
  • 4 slices of pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes (grated )
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

For Sauteed Mushrooms:

  • 5-6 mushrooms _
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Other Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 9 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make Chicken with Salsa Sauce and Mushrooms Recipe?

  • Heat the olive oil thoroughly in the pan.
  • Fry finely chopped shallots and diced jalapeno peppers with garlic.
  • Add grated tomatoes to the roasted onions. Add thyme, salt and pepper and cook over high heat until the water evaporates slightly.
