  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • Juice of 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of oil (for frying the chicken)
  • 4 lavash _
  • 5 leaves of lettuce (finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato (coarsely chopped )
  • 2 pickles (finely chopped )
  • 1 potato (fried )
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

How to Make Chicken Wrap Recipe?

  • Combine the juice of the previously grated and squeezed onion, yoghurt, curry, chili pepper, salt, black pepper, thyme, red pepper, garlic and cumin in a deep bowl and add the olive oil.
  • Mix until homogeneous.
  • Place your chickens in the bowl and turn them upside down with your hands so that all the chickens are coated in the sauce. Cover it with a stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. If you have time, it would be better if you keep it for about 8 hours.
  • Add the oil to the pan and wait until the oil becomes hot. After the oil is hot, add the chickens to the pan so that they do not touch each other.
  • Turn the chicken over and cook until both sides are browned.
  • Open two lavash dishes and place the chicken on them.
