Circassian Chicken Recipe

For Chicken:
- 1 whole chicken (boiled)
- 5 glasses of water
For the Mortar:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1.5 cups of walnuts
- 4 slices of stale bread
- 1.5 cups of chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the topping (as desired):
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
How to Make Circassian Chicken Recipe?
- Crush the garlic in a mortar with the addition of salt.
- Add the extracted walnuts and continue pounding in the mortar.
- Soften the crumbled stale bread crumbs with the chicken broth added little by little.
- Add the garlic-walnut mixture crushed in a mortar onto the softened bread and mix. Season with black pepper.
- Shred the chicken, after removing its bones and skin, into long, thin pieces. Mix the shredded chicken meat with the walnut mixture and stale bread. Transfer the Circassian chicken you prepared to a serving plate.
