  • 5 fillets of chicken breast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 10 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 5 slices of veal ham

To fry:

  • 2 eggs _
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower oil

How to Make Cordon Bleu Recipe?
