- 4 mushrooms _
- 1 capia pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 chicken tenderloins
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 cup couscous
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 1.5 cups hot water
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 pack of cream (200 ml)
How to Make Creamy Chicken Couscous Recipe?
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of butter to the pan and heat it. Add the couscous and fry lightly.
- After adding a teaspoon of salt, pour hot water on it, close the lid and let it cook on low heat. After draining the water, turn off the heat and leave it to rest.
- Meanwhile, thinly slice the mushrooms, capia pepper and garlic.
- First cut the chicken tenderloins into strips and then chop them into cubes.
- Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and add the chicken you cut into cubes.
- After sautéing the chicken for 4-5 minutes, add the mushrooms and continue to fry, stirring gently.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, thyme and thinly sliced garlic to the chicken in the pan and mix.
- Add the capia peppers and sauté for another 3-4 minutes, then add the cream.
- After 5 minutes, when the consistency of the cream thickens, remove it from the stove.
- First place the couscous on a serving plate, then the creamed chicken on top and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
