- 200 grams boneless thigh meat (diced)
- 300 grams of mushrooms (coarsely chopped)
- 2 spoonful butter
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 medium-sized onion ( cut into whites)
- 1 box of cream (200 ml.)
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make Creamy Mushroom Chicken Recipe?
- Add the oil to the pot and when it melts, add the onions.
- Add mushrooms to the roasted onions. The bottom of the stove should be at a high temperature to prevent the mushrooms from releasing their water. Roast until the mushrooms caramelize.
- Add the chicken and continue roasting. Add salt and pepper.
- Add the cream and continue mixing. When all the sauce is identified with the chicken and mushrooms, turn off the stove.
