- 600 grams of chicken breast
- 400 grams of mushrooms
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1 pack of cream
- 1 large size onion
- 7-8 sprigs of parsley
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin
How to Make Creamy Mushroom Chicken Recipe?
- We cut our chicken into cubes beforehand, add 2 teaspoons of salt, a teaspoon of black pepper and cumin, stir and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- We put the butter in the pan and melt it over low heat. If you add a very small amount of olive oil into it, your butter will not burn.
- Meanwhile, we chop our onions into cubes, not too large. We put the chopped onions into our pan and fry them.
- When the onions change color and start to soften, we add our chicken on top.
- We sauté our chickens until they release their water and absorb it again. Meanwhile, we clean our mushrooms well and slice them thinly.
- Then, as soon as the water is absorbed, we add our finely chopped mushrooms.
- After adding the mushrooms, we close the lid and let it cook. We stir occasionally.
- When the color of the mushrooms changes, we add our cream without completely absorbing the water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon each of cumin and black pepper, and finely chopped parsley.
- We cover the pot again and stir occasionally until the cream reaches a viscous consistency. After it reaches a thick consistency, we turn off the stove. Enjoy your meal.
