  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 4 mushrooms _
  • 3 tablespoons of cream

How to Make Creamy, Vegetable Chicken Rolls Recipe?

  • Cut the fillet chicken breasts in half lengthwise using a sharp knife. Thin it by pounding it with a meat mallet or a weight.
  • If desired, season the chicken fillet slices with sea salt, black pepper and a pinch of rosemary.
  • Cut the onion into small cubes. After crushing the garlic, chop it finely. Cut the colored bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and cut them into small cubes.
