- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 glass of cold mineral water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 4 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 cups sunflower oil
How to Make Crispy Chicken Bites Recipe?
- After washing the fillet chicken breasts in plenty of water, dry them with a paper towel and cut them into small pieces.
- To prepare the crispy coating mixture; Place the egg yolks in a deep bowl. Add cold milk and mineral water and mix quickly with a whisk.
- Add the sifted flour, corn starch and salt little by little and mix the coating mortar quickly and in a short time. Leave it in the refrigerator to rest and rise a little.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a high-sided pan over medium heat. After coating the chicken meat, which you cut into small pieces, one by one, in the mixture, drop it into the hot oil.
- Fry the chicken, stirring occasionally with a colander, in deep oil until it turns golden brown.
- Place the crispy chicken on a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve it warm with soy sauce. Share with your loved ones.
