- 6 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 bowl of cereal
- 2-3 cups of oil (for frying)
How to Make Crispy Chicken Thigh Recipe?
- After washing the chickens well, add enough water to cover them, add a teaspoon of salt and boil them.
- I took the skin off the chickens. Then I put the flour and spices in a bowl and mixed them.
- I added eggs and milk to another bowl and whisked.
- I dipped my cooled chickens first into the egg mixture and then into the dry mixture and let them rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Half an hour later, I dipped the chicken thighs in the egg mixture again, this time in crushed cornflakes and fried them in hot oil. I also made coleslaw, a delicious salad, on the side. Enjoy your meal.
