Ingredients for Crispy Chicken Thigh Recipe
  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 bowl of cereal
  • 2-3 cups of oil (for frying)

How to Make Crispy Chicken Thigh Recipe?

  • After washing the chickens well, add enough water to cover them, add a teaspoon of salt and boil them.
  • I took the skin off the chickens. Then I put the flour and spices in a bowl and mixed them.
  • I added eggs and milk to another bowl and whisked.
  • I dipped my cooled chickens first into the egg mixture and then into the dry mixture and let them rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Half an hour later, I dipped the chicken thighs in the egg mixture again, this time in crushed cornflakes and fried them in hot oil. I also made coleslaw, a delicious salad, on the side. Enjoy your meal.
