Ingredients for Crispy Chicken with Nuts Recipe
  • 800 grams of fillet chicken breast
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 tea glass of hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup corn flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

To fry:

  • 1.5 cups sunflower oil

How to Make Crispy Chicken with Nuts Recipe?

  • Wash the boneless fillet breast pieces in plenty of water and dry the excess water and cut them into long thin pieces.
  • Mash the peanuts and hazelnuts with a pestle and mortar or put them in a food processor until they remain lightly grained.
  • Whisk the egg and milk in a large bowl. Soak the cut chicken fillet pieces in the milk marinade mixture for about 20 minutes.
  • Break the corn flakes into small pieces. Mix with salt, peanuts and hazelnut pieces and place on a flat plate.
  • Heat the sunflower oil in a deep pot. Dip the chicken pieces that you have soaked in the milk mixture into the nut and bread mixture, then fry them in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
  • Serve the fried crispy chickens, which you removed with the help of a colander, warm, drizzled with honey if desired, and share with your loved ones.
