Crispy Kadayif Chicken Recipe

To Cook the Chicken:
- 4 chicken breasts ( chopped roughly)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 green peppers ( finely chopped)
- 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 potatoes (peeled, boiled )
- 1 carrot (large size, grated )
- 2 green peppers ( finely chopped)
- 5 sprigs of spring onion (finely chopped)
- 1 handful of parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
For Coating:
- 2 eggs (scrambled )
- 2.5 cups kadayıf (bulk)
- 1 cup flour
How to Make Crispy Kadayif Chicken Recipe?
- Cook the chicken with oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, without adding color.
- After releasing the water, add finely chopped pepper and crushed garlic and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Let the cooked peppered chicken cool and trim it after it cools.
- Combine the shredded chicken with boiled potatoes, finely chopped peppers, grated carrots, spring onions, parsley, lemon zest and all the spices in a bowl and knead until all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Wet your hands with water, take meatball-sized pieces from the mixture and flatten them by pressing lightly.
