  • 1 kilogram of chicken wings

For Marinating:

  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 1 tablespoon grape vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup flour

For Breading:

  • 2 cups flour

For Frying:

  • 2 cups sunflower oil

How to Make Crispy Wings Recipe?

  • Add milk, vinegar, olive oil, flour, baking soda and spices for the marinade sauce in a deep bowl.
  • Add the chicken wings on top and ensure that all the chickens are coated in the mixture. Stretch it and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Coat the chickens you removed from the sauce in flour.
  • Heat the frying oil in a deep pot and throw the chicken into the oil.
