- 250 grams of chicken breast
- 400 grams of cultured mushrooms
- 2 spoonful butter
For the curry sauce:
- 1 coffee cup of flour
- 1 glass of water
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1 glass of water Milk
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make Curry Sauce and Mushroom Chicken Recipe?
- Cut the chicken meat into cubes and start frying in 2 tablespoons of butter. When the chicken releases its juices and starts to shrink again, add the mushrooms you chopped.
- Continue roasting until the mushrooms release their water and absorb it again.
- Meanwhile, melt the remaining butter in a separate saucepan and fry the flour until it smells.
- Cover the pot and add milk and water to the roasted flour and stir until it reaches the consistency of cream.
- After adding curry, salt and black pepper, turn on the stove and fry again until it combines, about 2 minutes will be enough.
