Diet season has officially opened. We started to be much more careful about what we eat in order to be able to appear with radiant skin in the summer and to get rid of the fat layer we acquired to protect ourselves from the cold in the winter.

As soon as we name our eating pattern a diet, we accept a life with the concept of "cheese as white as a matchbox" and try to survive with this unhappiness. However, it is definitely in your hands to make your diets bearable and even enjoyable.

Diet chicken shish is a very satisfying and enjoyable diet meal made from chicken breast, which is the leanest and most protein-rich part of the chicken, colored with tomato and bulgur salad and flavored with yoghurt sauce.

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt (can be reduced or increased)

How to Make Diet Chicken Shish Recipe?

  • Chop the chicken tenderloin into skewer-sized pieces. Do not have very large pieces so that the inside does not remain raw while cooking.
  • Put the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon peel, garlic and black pepper in a refrigerator bag with the chicken. Close the mouth of the bag, pinch the bag a little so that the ingredients mix together. Place the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for half an hour.
  • Place the bulgur in a small bowl and cover it with a little boiling water, just like making the bulgur, and let it brew.
  • Chop the fleshy parts of the tomato into small pieces and chop the cucumber into small pieces.
  • Cut the onion into large pieces and fry it in a pan without oil until it dies.
  • After the bulgur softens, combine all the salad ingredients and mix.
  • Gradually add water to the yoghurt to make it a sauce consistency. Add chopped dill, white pepper and salt and mix.
  • Take the marinated chickens out of the refrigerator and heat your pan.
  • Arrange the chickens on skewers, when the pan is very hot, throw the chickens into the pan and cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Place the cooked chicken on a plate, pour the sauce over it, and place the colorful bulgur salad next to it. Does it look like a diet plate at all?
