Ingredients for False Squid Recipe
  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)

For Coating:

  • 1 bottle of mineral water (200 ml.) (soda)
  • 5 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For Frying:

  • 1.5 cups of oil

How to Make False Squid Recipe?

  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips and mix them with garlic, salt, black pepper, powder, red pepper, curry and thyme in a bowl. Make sure the seasonings get all over the chicken breasts. Leave it in the refrigerator like this for about 15 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in the pan.
  • In a separate deep bowl, mix flour, baking soda, egg, salt and cold soda until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Transfer the chicken, which you have blended with the spices in the refrigerator, into the cold flour mixture and cover all parts with this mixture.
  • Fry the chicken in two batches in the heated oil. When it turns golden brown, drain the chicken, place it on paper towels and serve hot.
